Please pray for
Ludlow
Baptist
Church
as a whole congregation – that when we come together we will know the
presence of God with us by His Holy Spirit and that we will be open to His
leading.
Please pray for Jon, and the rest
of the leadership team – Liz, Pete, Jeremy, Jules, Jeanette, Linda and
Ruth.
August is a month where everything
seems to slow down – there are no midweek meetings, no youth club, and
family services rather than Sunday school. Pray that this month will be a
month of refreshment – both physical and spiritual – for everyone in
the church.
Pray that August is not a month
that any of us lose sight of God, but rather that we would still all focus
on Him even if we are away on holiday.

Please pray for people connected with our church who are now
living and serving in other places. Pray for Rowland Bosworth (who will be
home for a couple of weeks in June before returning to
South Korea
), Cherry-Anne in
Sweden
, Beryl Pullin in
Devon
and closer to home, Chris and Mary Moore and their boys in Tenbury.

Please remember those in our fellowship who are un-well and
facing difficult times ahead. Pray especially for Jim Gilchrist who is
undergoing chemotherapy. Pray also for Patsy’s sister Joanie, who is
still under-going treatment for breast cancer.

Please also continue to pray for Kath, Eileen, Stan, Ruth,
Janet, and Cienwen and Peter, who all have on-going health issues. Please
ask God to give each of them His peace, strength and super-natural
healing.

Please pray for the life of this church. Pray that we would
take seriously God’s promise that we would be called “repairers and
restorers” in our communities. Pray that we would each make the most of
any opportunities we have to share the love of God with others.

Please pray for the life of this church. Pray that we would
grow closer to God, and closer to each other. Pray that we would each look
for opportunities to care for and encourage and serve one another.
